Program Design services begin with a consultation that will assess your personal needs. No two program design sessions are alike, however, each design will include a goal-setting session along with a deep inquiry into what the client wants to achieve.
After gathering vital information I will construct a plan that will best aid the client in achieving said goals. Some programs may only require one month of designing while other programs may need a detailed calendar year of a specific "day to day" routine.
Program design may include, but not be limited to, the following: detailed day to day weight training programming, nutritional education and sample plans, flexibility training, and cardiovascular training programming.
